Voices from the Work

The people Pete and Nickson have guided speak for themselves.

Pete is the person who took me from hiding under my blankets to having the inner strength and tools to trust my own wisdom. Whether helping with career planning or tuning into energy, he always upturns the right stone.

From the very first day to the last sunrise on the plains, everything was perfectly organized, seamless, and deeply inspiring. Nick's experience and instinct for wildlife are remarkable — always with respect for nature and the animals. This was not just a trip. It was an unforgettable life experience.

As a Physical Therapist for over 28 years I have observed many approaches. I am very impressed with Pete's work. I've recommended my own family—they have experienced similar breakthroughs.

Your Journey

Every day is designed with a specific purpose. The sequence matters—each landscape prepares you for what comes next.

Daily Energy Work

Your Mind and Body

The continent and wildlife are extraordinary. So is what happens in between. Every day is woven with practices designed to help you process, integrate, and arrive more fully in your own experience — meeting Africa from the inside out.

Pete brings his full practice to each day — reading the group's energy, offering one-on-one observations, and meeting each person where they are.

Experience 30-minute silent safaris to truly consume the uniqueness and ancient wonder of this magical place. See into the depths of this vast land and yourself.

Prompts tailored to the day's landscape and emotional terrain — designed to surface what's already moving in you, not manufacture insight.

Guided sits in both community and solitude. Some at sunrise, some in the field — meeting the silence Africa offers rather than filling it.

Intentional time with bare feet on soil, hands in the earth, and breath synced to landscape. Ancient in origin, and quietly profound in practice.

Stories, traditions, and wisdom from the Maasai and other indigenous communities — woven into each day as context, not tourism.

Body-based practices that help release what the mind can't yet articulate — movement, sensation, and breath working together.

Brief structured pauses — mid-afternoon and at day's close — to name what you're noticing, let it settle, and carry it forward with intention.

Who This Is For

This experience was designed for a specific kind of person.

This retreat is designed for couples, friends, and family pairings — and equally for those who travel alone and want to share something meaningful alongside a small group of like-minded people. No safari experience required. No prior wellness practice required. Just a readiness to explore.

Our Story

Nickson and Pete first crossed paths in the summer of 2024, when Nickson served as Pete’s guide through Tanzania and Kenya — orchestrating a safari that left a lasting mark on them both. It was then that Pete learned Nickson had been struggling with sleep. Curious and open-minded, Nickson agreed to explore Pete’s energy psychology work — and almost immediately, he began sleeping soundly through the night. Two years on, that hasn’t changed.

What began as a chance encounter between a guide and his guest has grown into a genuine friendship rooted in mutual respect and a shared belief in transformation — both in the wild and within. Now, they’re bringing that spirit to you.

Good To Know

From the moment you arrive at the airport in Tanzania, your dedicated guide will be right there to welcome you and manage every step of your journey. Your guides and local accommodation staff will lead, aid and escort you throughout your entire trip. Your comfort and safety are our highest priority, leaving you free to relax and immerse yourself.

This is not a strenuous adventure retreat. Most activities involve seated game drives and light walking safaris. Day 3's Maasai walking safari includes gentle hiking over varied terrain. If you can walk comfortably for 2–3 hours, you're well-suited. We'll connect before booking to understand any specific needs.

Summer 2027 was chosen because in August, Tanzania means the Great Wildebeest Migration is in the northern Serengeti, and peak dry season gives you the clearest game viewing across all four parks.

Yes. Every accommodation has been hand-selected for its environmental commitment — all properties run on solar power or solar backup, several with zero-footprint or fully removable infrastructure, and filtered water is provided throughout. We share the same mindset: single-use plastics are eliminated across the board, from the lodge to the vehicles.
